The partnership aims to enhance banks' mobile apps with lifestyle-oriented shopping services and innovative cashless payment methods, create new opportunities for personalized marketing and build a digital bridge from the banking world to the world of commerce. By partnering with Rezolve, Diebold Nixdorf continues its strategy of delivering a next-generation mobile application suite.

Together, both companies will in future provide banks and retail companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with the Rezolve Software Development Kit (SDK) and support them with the implementation and customer-specific further development of Professional Services services. This allows banks and retailers to leverage Rezolves' unique "Scan, Tap and Buy" technology, enabling direct interaction with any digital and analog media.

The Rezolve Mall, a virtual shopping center offering everything from fashion to electronics, integrates with banks' mobile apps using an SDK, making it a lifestyle app that consumers can use to shop immediately. With the increased attractiveness for the consumer, the app usage rate is significantly increased. Loyalty and couponing programs help to intensify customer contact.

The Instant Buy functionality makes it possible to shop in transit: The smartphone app recognizes products marked with a special code in online media, print catalogs or on billboards and directs consumers directly to one of the shops from the affiliate network in which the products can be ordered with a few clicks. An instant pay function, which already contains numerous payment methods, allows easy payment of the goods.

"With this partnership, we can significantly increase the attractiveness of mobile banking apps and their usage frequency and create a link between banks and retailers. Together, Rezolve and Diebold Nixdorf can shape the shopping habits of a whole generation and accelerate transactions in online shopping, "said Ansgar Steden, head of banking business for Germany, Austria and Switzerland at Diebold Nixdorf.
